Frequently asked questions
When can I move in?
Your apartment will be ready between October 1 and 15. That is when you can start your lease.
Can I live with someone else?
Yes — if you like, you can share the apartment with someone, for example your partner.
Can I terminate the lease early?
You can terminate the lease at any time. In that case we will look for a new tenant. Until we find one, you remain responsible for paying rent according to the terms of our agreement.
Is there parking at the building?
If you like, you can rent a spot in the surface parking lot.
Who manages the building?
Hussar Loft is managed by Champion Invest — a company whose business includes property rental. We have signed over 6,000 lease agreements. We take care of the building and handle issues that tenants can report through our online system.
